Petre NiculaeFounder Arqa
Petre Niculae is the founder of Pedro Construct, president of ARQA. He has over 30 years of experience in business and the construction market.
Pedro Construct, one of the largest construction companies in Romania, was founded in 1993 and during its 30 years of activity, under the management of the founder Petre Niculae, built residential buildings (over 5,000 homes), but and office buildings and commercial spaces.
Among the most famous residential complexes in Bucharest are: Nusco City, Cloud 9, Exigent One, 19 Residence, 21 Residence or Zen Living Apartments, and on the list of office buildings we find Politehnica Business Tower.
Lucia Niculae graduated from the University of Marketing and Management and has been an entrepreneur since 2008. Since 2018, Lucia has started investing in real estate and manages her own portfolio of properties.
Florin Ababe is an engineer by profession and has extensive experience in entrepreneurship, having been active since 2007 in fields such as construction, financial markets, telecommunications and precious metals trading.
With a current portfolio of 21 real estate projects, Valentin is active in four important regions in Romania, including vacation homes and retreats, hospitality, PRS, PaaS, urban regeneration, as well as large mixed projects. With the desire to improve investor systems, the overall outcome and profitability of projects, he created umbrella®, a state-of-the-art delivery platform that integrates solutions in project development from the stage of feasibility, modeling and master plan, private and institutional financing, branding, marketing, design, construction and up to sales and operational management after project delivery.
Valentin is partner for Romania of YOO, the largest residential brand in the world and in the past he was CEO of the Coldwell Banker network.
Currently, he also acts as an advisory board member or advisor of several real estate development entities.
